By registering and using the Winners33 platform via winners33.vu or our official mobile app, you hereby agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. This acceptance is comprehensive, meaning you accept the terms in their entirety without exception.

To register a winners33 account, you must meet the following requirements:

• Is legally competent to enter into a binding contract
• Must not have had a Winners33 account previously suspended or terminated
• Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business entity

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on winners33. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any funds held within them.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and up to date. Winners33 conducts an identity verification process (KYC) that requires you to submit valid identification documents upon request.

Winners33 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods integrated with Malaysia's banking and digital payment systems, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Winners33 users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Request from legal authorities

In cases of suspension due to a terms violation, Winners33 reserves the right to hold funds in the account while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the funds will be returned to the user.

Winners33's maximum liability to any user in any case is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on the winners33 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, text, images, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive property of winners33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, duplicate, distribute, or use any winners33 content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from winners33. Limited personal use is permitted provided it does not infringe on winners33 intellectual property rights.

Winners33 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties before being referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted to the extent permitted by law and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
